DeleteFile

DeleteFile["file"]

deletes a file.

DeleteFile[{"file1","file2",…}]

deletes a list of files.

Details

  • DeleteFile returns Null if it succeeds in deleting files, and $Failed if it fails.
  • File["path"] may be used to specify a file name.
