NSK NU 207 EW
This component is included for demonstration purposes. It shows how to specify data from a specific NSK bearing type. By following this procedure, it is possible to parametrize around 240 NSK cylindrical roller bearings. This specific example is parameterized to model NSK NU 207 EW.
Catalog Parameters
Figure 1 shows the parameters for the NSK NU 207 EW bearing. These are the values that should be entered in the Catalog Parameters section of the Bearing Dimensions tab. This example is taken from the NSK Catalog [1].
As seen in the catalog above, it is not possible to find all corresponding parameters. The parameters that are not listed in the catalog can be found in the CAD file, NSK Drawing.
System Parameters
In the same catalog [2], the radial clearance limits are listed as follows:

The axial clearance in the NSK NU 207 EW has been set it to 0, since there is no clearance between the outer ring and rollers. This is simply an implementation decision. However, it is recommended to set the radial clearance to -0.001mm in order to make the simulations more robust. Without this setting, the simulations may generate numerous events as they try to determine whether or not contact is occurring.
Note that if you have a system where the bearing-related vibrations are not desired, these values can be set as even larger negative values. This type of adjustment enables you to have preloaded bearings. The axial clearance in NU 306 ECP was set 0, since its outer ring and rollers have no clearance in between.

The roller diameter (10.93mm), roller length(7.82mm), roller number(11) and wall width(4.59mm) can be measured from this CAD file.
